What is a Bellini?

A Bellini is a classic Italian cocktail made with just two ingredients: Prosecco and white peach puree. The combination of sweet, juicy peaches and crisp, effervescent Prosecco creates a refreshing and elegant drink that is perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Instructions

1. In a blender or food processor, puree the peach until smooth. 2. Pour the Prosecco into a champagne flute or stemless wine glass. 3. Top with the peach puree. 4. Garnish with a fresh peach slice, if desired.

Tips

* For a sweeter Bellini, use ripe peaches that are very sweet. * If you don't have a blender or food processor, you can mash the peach with a fork or spoon. * You can also use frozen peaches, just defrost them before using. * If you don't have Prosecco, you can use another dry sparkling wine, such as Champagne or Cava.
