The draw took place on Thursday, March 23rd, at the UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland. The 12 participating teams were divided into three groups, with the top-ranked team in each group automatically qualifying for the tournament. The remaining nine teams were drawn into three play-off paths, where they competed in single-leg semifinals and finals for the final three qualifying berths.The draw results were as follows:
- Path A: Poland, Iceland, Albania, Hungary
